Leadership Laurel is an eight-month community leadership program designed to develop the next generation of engaged, informed, and confident leaders. Whether you are a business professional, community volunteer, emerging leader, or someone looking to become more involved, this program provides the opportunity to learn, connect, and grow.
Through hands-on experiences, community tours, local speakers, leadership development, and meaningful conversations, participants gain a deeper understanding of the people, organizations, and issues that shape Laurel and Yellowstone County. Participants explore local government, education, business, economic development, community organizations, and other areas that impact our community’s future.

Program Investment
Chamber Member: $400/person
Non-Member: $600/person
Tuition helps cover meals, speaker expenses, administrative costs, and program supplies necessary to provide a meaningful Leadership Laurel experience.

Participants are encouraged to talk with their employer about sponsoring all or part of their tuition. The leadership skills, community knowledge, and professional connections gained through Leadership Laurel can be brought back to the workplace and benefit the entire organization.
Space is limited. Applications are accepted until the class reaches its maximum capacity. If your registration is received after the class is full, your registration and payment will be returned.
